Huber Technology have been awarded all 3 Lots of the Wessex Water AMP6 framework contract for screens and screenings handling.

The 3 Lots are for supply or supply and installation of wastewater screens, screenings handling equipment and associated spares. They include the HUBER EscaMax® for fine screens, the range of HUBER wash presses (WAP, WAP-L and WAP-SL) for screenings handling equipment.

In the packaged screening plant category Huber is supplying Wessex with the ROTAMAT® Ro9 Micro Strainer which incorporates screening, conveying, washing (where required), dewatering and compaction into a single unit. For the Ro9 alone Huber already has over 1200 installations in the UK.

The award is the latest in a growing list of frameworks which Huber has secured as water companies increasingly call for proven, reliable and cost effective products and after-sales support to meet their waste water treatment obligations.
