Anglian Water has gone out to tender with a contract covering IS infrastructure, applications, network, telecoms and security support and maintenance services worth up to £186 million.
The water company is looking to appoint up to eight suppliers to the framework agreement, which will run for up to 10 years – an initial period of 5 years with options to extend to a maximum of 10 years. Estimated total value of purchases for the entire duration of the framework agreement is put at between £118 million to £186 million.
The tender is split into the following Lots:
Lot 1 Infrastructure Support and Maintenance Services (between £45m to £60m)
Lot 2 Applications Support and Maintenance Services (between £20m to £30m)
Lot 3 Fixed Network Support and Maintenance Services (between £15m to £25m)
Lot 4 Telephony Support and Maintenance Services (between £20m to £30m)
Lot 5 Microwave Support and Maintenance Services (between £2.5m to £5m)
Lot 6 Service Management & Service Desk (between £7.5m to £15m)
Lot 7 Service Integration (between £5m to £15m)
Lot 8 Security Operations Centre (between £3m to £6m)
