Anglian Water has awarded a Wide Area Network Services (WAN) contract for IS infrastructure, applications, network, telecoms and security support and maintenance services worth an estimated £175 million in total to three suppliers

The contract covers the provision of IS Infrastructure, Applications, Network, Telecoms and Security support and maintenance services, service management, service desk and service integration.

Capgemini UK plc won the following Lots:

Lot 1: Infrastructure Management and Support

Lot 2: Application Management and Support

Lot 6: IT Service Desk and Services Management and Support

Lot 7: IT Service Integration

ATOS IT Services UK Ltd won the following Lots:

Lot 3: Network Management and Support

Lot 4: Telephony Management and Support

Lot 5: Microwave Management and Support

The final Lot, Lot 8, for IT Security Operations Management has been awarded to Airbus Defence & Space Ltd.

The contracts run for 5 years with options to extend to a maximum of 10 years.
