United Utilities has awarded a framework contract for debt collection agency services worth an estimated £19.47 million.

The contract covered a range of services for the provision of debt recovery activities on behalf of United Utilities, including affordability visits and telephony activities, trace and collect services, tertiary doorstep visits and live debt.

The following companies have all been awarded contracts under the framework:
