Sutton and East Surrey Water has awarded a billing and CRM solution contract worth £4.78 million-plus to Echo Managed Services Ltd for its domestic SES Water and SES Business Water customers.

The contract, which was tendered in two Lots, covers a fully functioning, flexible CRM and billing solution to support the array of services and functionality that they currently offer to both their household and business retail customers

Echo Managed Services Ltd was one of five companies who bid for the work.
