Severn Trent Water considers Contact Centre as a Service solutions

Severn Trent Water is considering the use of Contact Centre as a Service solutions.

The water company has issued a Prior Information Notice of its intention to conduct a soft market testing exercise for contact centre as a service solutions.

Interested suppliers will need to be registered on the Severn Trent procurement system to obtain further information about the company’s requirement .
