Kirklees Council has gone out to tender with a framework contract for the provision of professional consultancy services worth an estimated £17.28 million.

The framework is being tendered in 10 separate Lots as follows:

Lot 1: Architecture and Multi-Disciplinary

Lot 2: Project Management

Lot 3: Quantity Surveying

Lot 4: Mechanical and Electrical Engineering

Lot 5: Structural/Light Civil Engineering

Lot 6: Lift Consultancy

Lot 7: Building Surveying

Lot 8: Landscape Architecture

Lot 9: Clerk of Works

Lot 10: Conservation and Heritage Advice (Architecture).
