Southern Water has awarded an AMP7 contract for commercial property management services worth an estimated £4 million in total.

The water company went out to tender for a property partner it could work with for the long term, and develop a strong relationship and agile working.

Commercial property services to be provided under the contract include:

• sales
• lettings
• acquisitions
• strategic/investment advice
• valuation
• building services
• planning,
• business rates
• estate management
• property management

Leicestershire-based firm Fisher German LLP has been awarded the contract, one of four companies in the bidding for the work.
