Yorkshire Water has gone out to tender with a contract for dynamic maintenance and condition based monitoring services worth an estimated £26 million.

The water company is looking to put a framework agreement in place for equipment and associated services to be installed on assets across the Yorkshire Water network including:
- electrical signature analysis devices and additional services
- vibration analysis devices and additional services
- thermographic analysis devices and additional services
- an analytics platform and other associated services
The contract is being tendered in two separate Lots:
Lot 1 ESA Devices (£10m)
Suppliers securing framework agreements will become part of the Dynamic Maintenance framework for Condition Based Monitoring Electrical Signature Analysis (ESA) Devices.

Condition Based Monitoring ESA Devices. Yorkshire Water is looking for supply, analytics platform and additional services in relation to Condition Based Monitoring ESA Devices to monitor electrical signature of assets in operation to assist the utility in prioritising any related maintenance.
Lot 2 Vibration and Thermographic CBM Solutions (£16m)
Condition Based Monitoring Vibration Devices. The water company is looking for supply, analytics platform and additional services in relation to Condition Based Monitoring Devices.
The framework does not give suppliers any guarantee of work but will enable them to quote for call-off contracts through the framework term. Initial contract term is 36 months with a possible 24 month extension option.
