NI Water is holding a market engagement event for its upcoming Water Rehabilitation Integrated Partnership Framework which has an estimated total potential value of £270 million.

The water company has issued a Periodic Indicative Notice inviting suppliers to register for the event which takes place next week.
NI Water and its subsidiaries has identified a need to procure an Integrated Partnership framework for its capital works programme with the capacity to deliver major and minor water rehabilitation projects (including service reservoirs and trunk mains). The framework covers both the current PC21 five-year investment period which started on 1 April 2021 and for the PC27 investment programme which starts on 1st April 2027.
Initial framework is four years with the potential for extension for a further four years. The agreed PC21 determination value for these type of projects is in the range of £84 million to £270 million.
The water company is proposing the tender the framework in the following three Lots:
- Lot 1 Watermains Rehabilitation
- Lot 2 Watermains Minor Works
- Lot 3 Service Reservoir and Trunk Mains
NI Water is holding a Virtual Market Engagement session on 31st May and inviting interested suppliers to register their request to attend.
