NI Water has gone out to tender with a professional services framework contract worth an estimated £5 million.

The water company is looking to put a professional services framework in place to provide nominated contractor staff for project services across the following areas:

project management

business analysis

business processing

design, testing and project management office

change management

enterprise and solution architecture

data architecture and analysis

ICT and IT security

CRM development

customer contact and billing

digitisation and automation.

Initial contract term is three years. Time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate
