Yorkshire Water awards £32m AMP7contract for mechanical installation and engineering services

Yorkshire Water has awarded an AMP7contract for mechanical installation and engineering services worth an estimated £32 million.

The water company was looking for suppliers to provide mechanical based services to replace, refurb, modify, repair and maintain its equipment and treatment processes to enable normal operation and meet expected standards of performance.

Initial contract term is four years with a further potential extension option.

Eighteen companies were in the bidding for the work. Succesful suppliers awarded contracts were: 

  • Cema Ltd
  • Clayton Penistone Group Ltd
  • G.R.M. Engineering & Contract Services Ltd
  • Jacobs U.K. Ltd
  • Jardonich Engineering Ltd
  • PMP Utilities Ltd
  • SBT Engineering Group Ltd
  • Texo Group Ltd
