Severn Trent seeks supply chain interest in upcoming £8m AMP8 tender for service, repair and maintenance of analytical monitors

Severn Trent Water is seeking supply chain interest  in an upcoming tender for an AMP8 contract covering the service, repair and maintenance of analytical monitors with a current estimated value of £8 million (inc VAT).

Severn Trent and sister company Hafren Dyfrdwy Cyfyngedighave a multiple OEM installed asset base, which includes ABB, bNovate, Endress & Hauser, Hach Lange and PPM analytical monitors. The current asset base is in the region of 2000 analytical monitors which are spread across around combinted total of 560 sites all across the water companies’ region.

Current estimated start and end contract dates are 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2029 with a possible further extension option to 31 March 2034.

Severn Trent is inviting suppliers with the capacity, capability and knowledge to service, maintain, and repair analytical monitoring equipment associated with drinking water and sewage treatment to complete a short online form and provide brief details of company name, address, contact email address and company website with whom the water company can get in touch.
