Yorkshire Water has gone out to tender with an AMP8 contract for managed print and printer services with a total estimated value of £3.6 million including VAT.

The water company has a requirement for a managed print service for the organisation, including the supply and management of multi-functional devices (MFD), printers and plotters for office use at selected sites throughout the Yorkshire water region.

Current estimated start and end contract dates are 1 June 2026 to 31 May 2031, with further possible extension options up to 31 May 2034.

Deadline for submission of enquiries about the tender is 5:00pm on 23 March 2026 and the tender submission deadline is 12:00pm on 13 April 2026. All submissions must be made via Yorkshire Water’s Ariba procurement portal.

Suppliers will not be able to view or access the tender in SAP Ariba unless they have been invited by Yorkshire Water through the portal.
