Kent-based firm Invicta Water Ltd has applied to Ofwat for a water supply licence and sewerage licence ahead of the business retail market in England opening for competition in April 2017.

A brief synopsis of the business plan published by Ofwat says that trading as Water Choice South East, Invicta’s strategy is to offer “an excellent level of service and choice for all customers.”

Ofwat has now launched a new consultation on the application. Deadline to make representations or objections to the regulator is 15 November 2016.
