The UK Society for Trenchless Technology (UKSTT) and the Pipeline Industries Guild have recently joined forces to form The Green Alliance with the intention to explore, share and promote the industry’s drive towards net zero and reduction in environmental impact.

Throughout 2021 The Green Alliance will be hosting a series of webinars leading up to a face-to-face seminar at No-Dig Live which is due to take place in Peterborough from 14-16 September 2021.

The Alliance has today released the second webinar in the series where they are joined by Simon Farris of Severn Trent Water speaking on Severn Trent’s approach to the generation and use of sustainable energy and Philip Woodcock of PBF Drainage speaking about The Bluelight System.

The Green Alliance held their inaugural webinar on ‘Introducing Hydrogen to the Gas Networks” on the 11th May.
