Thames Water has announced today that the Tenth Consent Request for the company to access further funding of £413.49 million has been approved.
On 18 May 2026 Thames Water Utilities Ltd announced the launch of the Tenth Consent Request.
As at that date Thames Water had so far drawn £1.836 billion of the £2.25 billion available under the super senior facility entered into with its subsidiary, Thames Water Super Senior Issuer PLC.
Approval of the Tenth Consent Requests will enable the water company’s Super Senior Issuer PLC to draw a further £413.49 million in funding.
Thames Water said in its 18th May announcement it would “expect to launch a further set of consent requests in due course” if the Tenth Consent Request was approved.
