Infrastructure group Mouchel has bought out Enterprise’s 50 per cent shareholding in joint venture EnterpriseMouchel.

EnterpriseMouchel will continue to operate as a fully incorporated company.  There will be no change to contract teams and employees will continue to be employed by EnterpriseMouchel. The name and branding will remain unchanged but will be reviewed in due course and any changes will be communicated at that time.

Over the next few months Enterprise and Mouchel will work together to ensure a smooth transition following the share ownership change.

Enterprise has just been bought by Ferrovial.
