Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water has announced a further £150,000 of funding for non-profit organisations to help improve the quality of Welsh rivers, lakes and wetlands.

EA and Natural England to remain separate

The Environment Agency (EA) and Natural England (NE) will remain as separate bodies, the Government announced today, following a triennial review which suggested they could merge.

 

Defra and the UK dairy industry have launched a Milk Roadmap that aims to reduce the environmental impacts of producing and consuming liquid milk.
