Not-for-profit strategic business consultancy and procurement provider Prosper has gone out to tender with a framework contract for design and consultancy services worth an estimated £50 million.

The Authority is looking to put a multi-supplier, multi-Lot framework agreement in place for the provision of design and consultancy services for use by its members and other public sector contracting bodies within the North East, Cumbria and North Yorkshire.

The Framework is being tendered in the following 11 Lots:

Lot 1: Planning Services

Lot 2: Architect Services

Lot 3: Engineering (Civil & Structural)

Lot 4: Surveying

Lot 5: Health & Safety

Lot 6: Ground Investigations & Remediation Services

Lot 7: Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Design

Lot 8: Ecological Assessment & Reporting

Lot 9: Employers Agent

Lot 10: Clerk of Works

Lot 11: Principal Designer

Initial contract term is twoyears with two further annual extension options.
