PARLIAMENT TVMPs on the House of Commons Environment Audit Committee will hear from UK PFAS manufacturers on safeguards against contamination in a live evidence session starting at 14.30pm this afternoon.

French National AssemblyYesterday France passed a new law that will ban PFAS in several products including clothing and cosmetics. Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) are a family of over 10,000 highly persistent synthetic chemicals often called ‘forever chemicals’, because they do not break down easily in the environment.
