Water-related risks outlined in Government's newly published National Risk Register 2023
A number of specific water-related risks are among the 89 threats in the latest National Risk Register (NRR) published today which sets out the government’s latest assessment of key risks to the United Kingdom.

The Government has this morning issued a new Ministerial direction to water and sewerage companies in England and Wales setting out the outcomes they must meet in the interest of national security and for the purpose of mitigating the effects of any civil emergency.
