The Cement Sustainability Initiative of the World Business Council for Sustainable Development has launched a new Global Water Tool for the cement sector. 

 

 

The House of Lords Economic Affairs Committee will tomorrow take evidence from Friends of the Earth, Greenpeace and the World Wildlife Fund as they continue their inquiry into the economic impact of shale gas and oil on UK energy policy.

Budapest Water Summit opens today

The Budapest Water Summit has opened today in Hungary, bringing together high-level representatives from government, international organizations, civil society and academia to discuss, in particular the development of water-related goals for the post-2015 development agenda.
