RIVER DEBEN SUFFOLKEnvironment Secretary Thérèse Coffey and Water Minister Rebecca Pow met with local community groups, environmental regulators, farming representatives, water company representatives and local councillors in Suffolk yesterday to discuss actions to improve the River Deben.
