Middlesex- based firm First Business Water Ltd has applied to the water industry Ofwat for a combined water and sewerage supply retail licence.
First Business Water is planning to enter the competitive water market in England on the basis of providing an “alternative, innovative retailer” that will offer:
- transparent and honest pricing;
- personalised, quality customer service;
- account management; and
- water efficiency support through the provision of monitoring tools and benchmark audits.
Deadline to make representations or objections about the application is 14 August 2017.
