Mike joins Adler and Allan from Severn Trent Services (STS), the commercial arm of Severn Trent Plc where he was Managing Director for four years, providing water and wastewater services to private clients across the UK. Through his passion for customers and delivering a quality service he doubled their profits during his tenure.

Prior to STS, Mike ran the water and wastewater networks for Severn Trent Water, which provide eight million customers with water every day. Leading a team of 500 people, he managed the assets, planned maintenance across the networks and incident response. Mike’s team helped Severn Trent Water achieve industry beating performance, which translated into millions of pounds of out-performance rewards against the regulated contract.

Commenting on his appointment, Mike Williamson said :

“I am delighted to be joining Adler and Allan at what feels like a critical moment. They have a rich history and are rightly respected as a premier provider of environmental services in certain sectors of the UK market. But they have also been transforming through acquisition over the last two years. We now have an exciting opportunity to bring all of this together to become the leading provider of environmental services across the water sector”.

Henrik Pedersen, Chief Executive Officer added:

“We are building a group that can help water companies overcome some of the biggest challenges relating to their assets, from managing CSOs to keeping their water and sewage networks flowing.

“Our full turnkey solutions include consultative asset management, underground network surveying, sewer and wastewater network monitoring and management, and drainage asset installation, maintenance, and remediation.”

This turnkey approach ensures water companies can effectively manage their budget and asset cycles, while reducing risk to the environment, staying compliant, avoiding fines, operational downtime, and customer disruption, while operating at maximum efficiency and margin.

In the last two years Adler and Allan has acquired industrial drainage company Oneline, domestic and commercial drainage experts Jet Aire Services, asset management, engineering, and commercial services company Aqua Consultants, and monitoring and telemetry provider Detectronic.
