Leading UK trade association British Water has launched its 2024 water and wastewater company performance survey seeking comment from the supply chain on working with the UK utilities over the past 12 months.

The annual, highly anticipated survey gives supply chain companies a unique opportunity to provide feedback on how water and wastewater companies have performed. Launching the survey, British Water said the survey is particularly important as the sector approaches an expected increase in infrastructure spend across the UK.
British Water is asking contractors, consultants and suppliers from across the water sector supply chain to share their experience of working with UK utilities over the past 12 months and rate their clients’ performance in 15 areas, including:
- innovation
- professionalism
- contractual approach
- communication
- impact on supply chain
- procurement
- handling of the AMP Cycle
- working digitally
The survey is particularly important in the run up to AMP 8 and will support the delivery of regular feedback British Water provides to key industry stakeholders on behalf of the supply chain.
The trade body is inviting suppliers – both members and non-members of British Water alike – to share their experience of working with UK utilities over the past 12 months.
Deadline for completing the survey is Friday 28 June 2024 at 17:00 – click here to participate
