At a time when graduate opportunities are becoming harder to find, Anglian Water and its Alliances, the @one Alliance and Strategic Pipeline Alliance (SPA), are going in the opposite direction, launching their biggest-ever graduate programme.

More opportunities available for 2027 than ever before - The need for new talent comes as Anglian Water enters a significant period of investment.

Its £11 billion AMP8 business plan for 2025–2030 is supporting a major programme of work to improve water security, protect the environment, increase resilience and support the continued growth of communities across the East of England. The graduate intake will play an important role in building the skills and expertise needed to deliver this programme over the next five years and beyond.

The opportunities span a wide range of disciplines, from engineering, project management and commercial roles to digital technology, data and AI, sustainability, environmental management, carbon and operational leadership.

Opportunities are available across Anglian Water, the @one Alliance, SPA and the Reservoirs Programme, supporting the delivery of major interconnected infrastructure through Anglian Water's largest-ever investment programme. From helping deliver more than £3 billion of investment through the @one Alliance to supporting the development of proposed new reservoirs in the Fens and Lincolnshire, graduates will gain practical experience on projects that are helping shape the future of water across the East of England.

Graduates joining the programme will be working alongside experienced colleagues and contributing to projects that are already helping shape the future of water and infrastructure across the region.
