Anglian Water’s @one Alliance is continuing to grow its teams through its most ambitious recruitment programme to date, with a wide range of career opportunities available across the East of England.
The recruitment drive will play a key role in supporting the delivery of their circa £3 billion of investment, as part of Anglian Water’s £11 billion AMP8 capital delivery programme across the region.
More than 500 new colleagues have already joined the @one Alliance during the first year of AMP8, which have strengthened their ability to deliver around 750 projects across the region’s water and wastewater infrastructure.
The latest recruitment programme will build on that growth, with opportunities available across engineering, project delivery and construction, as well as commercial, digital, procurement, environmental, planning and support functions.
With significant challenges facing the water sector, the programme also offers people the opportunity to be part of work that genuinely matters.
For those starting their careers, it can be more than a first job, it is an opportunity to build a career, take on responsibility and discover what they are capable of.
For experienced professionals, it provides the opportunity to bring their expertise to major projects and help deliver infrastructure that will shape the future of water for millions of people across the East of England.
The @one Alliance brings together eight industry-leading delivery partners, creating a collaborative team with expertise across the engineering, infrastructure and construction sectors. The Alliance is made up of a mix of specialists from Anglian Water, Balfour Beatty, Barhale, Binnies, Mott MacDonald Bentley, MWH Treatment, Skanska and Sweco.
Around 1,500 people currently work across the partner organisations - new recruits will be joining a growing workforce, all working together to deliver Anglian Water’s AMP8 investment programme.
