Yorkshire Water is calling on customers across Yorkshire to help hunt for waste water pumping stations hidden throughout the region over Easter.

Wessex Water is resuming major work next month to help protect properties and the highway in Mark, Somerset, from flooding.

Southern Water has told customers that the £30 million improvements undertaken over the last few years on its five stormwater outfalls into Langstone Harbour has resulted in a 50 per cent reduction in the number of days when releases have occurred between 2014 and 2015.

Bristol Water launches online customer panel

Bristol Water is inviting customers to join its new online panel ‘let us know’  to find out more about what customers think of the service it provides.

Northumbrian Water is to invest £8 million to upgrade its sewer network in Sunderland – the water company is hoping to use sustainable drainage solutions, where possible.

United Utilities has accelerated its capital investment in the first year of AMP6 which is expected to be around £800 million for 2015/16, according to its latest trading update published this morning.

South East Water has launched a new online interactive bill to explain the different terms and sections shown on its customer bills.

Thames Water is spending £1 million every month to clear fatbergs from its sewer network – with four areas named as the worst offenders.

Affinity Water has now completed an extensive programme of mains flushing on Romney Marsh following a £4 million upgrade of its Denge Water Treatment Works.
