Northern Ireland Water is planning to hold a supplier session in July 2017 to engage with potential suppliers of high voltage and associated low voltage equipment maintenance to better understand the market potential for providing the service.
NI Water is looking to appoint a provider to equip M and E Services with full coverage of replacement equipment, spare parts, maintenance, repair and associated support services for the full range of manufacturer's HV and associated LV equipment currently within the water company’s asset base.
NI Water said the event will provide interested suppliers with an opportunity to obtain further information relating to its requirements and also provide the company with the opportunity to gain feedback from the market.
Preliminary outline value of the contract is £3 million – NI Water are planning to go out to tender in November 2017.
