Thames Water has upped the estimated spend on its tender for internet development services from £500,000 to a potential total of £2.5 million.
The water company went out to tender last week for a digital supplier to provide a restructure and redesign and re-design, improved functionality in journeys, design, experience and promote channel shift and meet SIM targets and cost to serve.
Thames has now said the project will be completed in phases - hence aiming for framework agreement duration to be 3 years +. The utility explained that the value of the agreement will depend on the proposed/final design and it was therefore difficult to put an exact value/budget figure at this point of time. On the basis of the information currently available, Thames said it is estimating that in total (end–to-end) it could amount to between £1.5 million to £2.5 million.
Time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 20th October 2017 – click here to access the tender documentation.
