The FTSE 250 property business, Savills, is set to drive significant service enhancements after signing a three-year contract with a leading national water retailer, Wave.
Headquartered in the heart of London and with offices across the UK, the global real estate services provider has switched its water retailer to improve efficiencies across its extensive national client portfolio. The new water and wastewater contract with Wave covers 450 sites in England and 65 sites in Scotland.
The switch to Wave, which provides water and wastewater services to over 300,000 businesses across the UK, means Savills’ clients will benefit from services such as tariff optimisation and improved billing accuracy.

Savills’ UK client base can also access Wave’s Active Water Management® service - designed to reduce usage and avoid waste – as well as leakage services, technical support and automatic meter reading to help monitor use of their water and control costs.

Wave is a market-leading national water retailer, formed through a joint venture between Anglian Water Business and NWG Business following deregulation of the English water market in April 2017.
Wave provides water and wastewater services to over 300,000 businesses across the UK and supplies all of the Scottish public sector.
With the UK government demanding a 50% reduction in storm overflow spills by 2029, the era of reactive management is over.
