Welsh Water seeks market input on AMP7 leakage procurement

Welsh Water Dwr Cymru is looking for market input on its AMP7 leakage procurement strategy ahead of going out to tender for water network field services and consultancy services later this year.

The water company has published a vision for water 2050 as part of its consultation process with its customers for future business planning and investment.

The water company’s business objectives are to further improve leak detection services for customers, improve water efficiency and reduce the cost to deliver.

Welsh Water is now planning to hold a supplier event on 2nd October in advance of issuing the tender at the end of October and is inviting companies to register their interest in attending.
