NI Water has gone out to tender with a contract for the supply, delivery, commissioning and maintenance of valves and couplings worth an estimated £15 million.

The contract is being tendered in the following Lots:
Lot 1 Penstocks
Lot 2 Isolation Valves
Lot 3 Control Valves
Lot 4 SR Control Valves
Lot 5 Couplings and Pipe Fittings
Lot 6 Hydrants
The water company is looking to appoint up to 12 suppliers to the framework agreement, which will run for an initial term of two years – further possible extension options are available.
