NI Water has gone out to tender with a contract to put a Management Development Framework in place with an estimated value of almost £2.5 million.

The water company is looking for suppliers to provide management development interventions for all grades. The successful supplier(s) will work in partnership with NI Water to design and deliver a bespoke management development framework that develops leadership skills, competencies and behaviours to create a high performance culture and ensure NIW is fit for the future.
The contract is being tendered in two separate Lots:
Lot 1: Executive Development and Succession Planning Development
Lot 2: Entry-level – Middle Management Development
Initial contract term is 36 months, with an estimated total value of £2,472,000.
