The Crown Estate has gone out to tender with a contract for Strategic Counsel services with an estimated value of £2.32 million (exc VAT).

The Crown Estate is looking for an agency which can support at a strategic level, providing counsel in relation to key political, policy and regulatory issues relating to its operating environment.
The Crown Estate has issued an Invitation To Tender to appoint two agencies for the following services:
- Lot 1) Strategic Counsel _ England Based (£2 million excluding VAT)
The Crown Estate is looking for an agency which can support at a strategic level, providing counsel in relation to key political, policy and regulatory issues relating to its operating environment.
- Lot 2) Northern Ireland - Strategic Advice/Monitoring/Public Affairs delivery support (agency to be based in Northern Ireland) ( £320,000 excluding VAT)
The Crown Estate is looking for an agency which can support at a strategic level, providing counsel in relation to key political, policy and regulatory issues relating to its operating environment.
Estimated contract dates to run for an initial two year term from 7 July 2025 to 2 July 2027 – with two possible further annual extension options to 6 July 2029.
Deadline to submit enquiries about the tender is 12:00pm on 30 April 2025 and deadline for tender submissionsis 12:00pm on 12 May 2025,.
