United Utilities tenders £11m analysis services contract

United Utilities has gone out to tender with a contract worth up to £11 million for the provision of sampling and analysis services for CIP2/P1.

The water company is looking to set up a framework agreement with a single operator to run for an initial period of 2 years and 5 months with an option to extend up to an additional 3 years.

United Utilities are considering two options:

Option A Part of the requirement ( including the physical sample collection) will be undertaken by United Utilities as well as some of the testing and analysis of some of the samples

Option B all of the requirement to be serviced by an external provider, this will include the physical collection of samples

Time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 8th August.
