United Utilities will de-list from NYSE

United Utilities has announced plans to remove itself from the New York Stock Exchange and de-register from the US Securities and Exchange Commission –in order to reduce compliance costs.

The Consumer Council for Water has challenged Bristol Water’s bid to further increase its prices for the next two years.

The Welsh Assembly Government has outlined new proposals to deal with flooding in Wales. The improvements were prompted by the flooding in Summer 2007.
