Construction of £100m tidal barrier to protect homes in Somerset from flooding gets Government go-ahead
Environment Secretary George Eustice has this week authorised the construction of the £100 million Bridgwater tidal barrier with a Transport and Works Act better protecting 11,300 homes and 1,500 businesses in the town and surrounding areas.
