Thames Water has gone out to tender with a major contract to put a Programme Partners Framework in place for its Strategic Resource Options projects worth an estimated £150 million – the water company has also this week separately tendered a £300 million SRO Technical Partners Framework.

Scottish Water has seen customer demand increase by 20% during the dry weather - as a result, the amount of water the water company has put into the network has had to be increased by 150 million litres per day in the past two weeks.

Severn Trent is reporting that its reservoir levels are in excellent shape - its latest update says that levels are now back up to over 95% capacity with many at 100% and actually topping over.
