Wastewater solutions and services provider Jacopa has secured excellent scores in a recent Achilles Verify audit that assessed its management systems and also operations at three locations: the company’s West Bromwich and Chippenham sites and the Abbey Mills pumping station.
Achilles is an independent global body that undertakes audits to assess and validate the capability, competence and compliance of suppliers within agreed parameters that include industry standards, recognised best practice and country-specific legislation.
Achilles undertook an evaluation of health and safety, environment and quality aspects of the company’s management systems and awarded each 100%. A similar assessment was carried out for each of the three sites, with equally impressive results.
Managing director Alex Lloyd explains:
“Such high scores put Jacopa at the top of the ranking of companies like ours working in the water industry. This award also confirms that we are working with the right practices and procedures, and underlines our commitment to continuous improvement.”
