Further to its press releases of 4, 5 and 6 August, Royal Imtech N.V. has announced that negotiations with its financiers have not resulted in an agreement with financiers on additional financing.
Problems appear to be deepening at the troubled group which last week announced that its German subsidiary was filing for insolvency in the German courts.
The latest statement says Royal Imtech is continuing to evaluate the situation and its consequences and is considering options to preserve as much of the group as possible.
Royal Imtech N.V. said it will update the market as soon as possible if and when further decisions will be made.
