Leading UK trade association British Water has launched its 2025 water and wastewater company performance survey seeking comment from the supply chain on working with the UK utilities over the past 12 months.

The annual, highly anticipated survey gives supply chain companies a unique opportunity to provide feedback on how water and wastewater companies have performed over the past 12 months.
British Water is inviting contractors, consultants, and suppliers to rate their clients’ performance in a number of areas, including innovation, professionalism, contractual approach, procurement, working digitally, communication and impact on the supply chain. This year, the questionnaire has been refreshed to reflect areas where water companies are particularly keen to hear feedback from the supply chain.
The survey is especially important as the water sector across the UK moves forward with new investment periods and delivery programmes. The AMP8 2025-30 investment period will see a significant increase in infrastructure spend.
The survey is open to both British Water members and non-members - the input supports the regular feedback British Water provides to key industry stakeholders on behalf of the supply chain.
Deadline for completing the survey is 5pm on Friday 11 July 2025 – click here to participate and access the survey online.
