South Staffs Water has announced the appointment of Dominique Mowle as its new Finance Director and also for its sister company Cambridge Water effective 2 January 2026.

The water company said she brings deep expertise in financial strategy, performance management and business transformation across both regulated finance and the water industry. Dominique Mowle joins from Severn Trent, where she most recently served as Group Head of FP&A. Her previous career includes senior finance positions at Groupe PSA, Home Retail Group, and Barclays.

In her new role, Dominique will lead South Staffs Water’s financial operations, ensuring they support the company’s strategic priorities and regulatory commitments. Her leadership will be critical as the business navigates its largest-ever investment programme, aimed at delivering long-term value for customers and stakeholders with efficiency and impact.
