Craig Dallison, CEO at Everflow said:

“Mari’s appointment is about raising the standard of how we deliver for our customers as we continue to grow. She has consistently built services that perform at scale while staying focused on customer needs, which is an essential part of Everflow’s next phase. Her approach will ensure we continue to combine growth with strong operational and customer outcomes.”

Jones brings a leadership philosophy grounded in the belief that commercial outcomes come from designing services that genuinely work for customers. Throughout her career, she has focused on building systems and teams that reduce complexity, improve access and deliver at scale — an approach that aligns closely with Everflow’s ambition to make utilities simpler for SMEs.

Mari Jones commented:

“Everflow is well placed to lead the market by raising expectations of what SMEs should experience from their utilities provider both in what we offer and how we deliver it. The focus now is on simplifying how we operate and ensuring everything is built around the needs of our customers. My focus will be on taking what is already a great foundation and building on it.”

The appointment also highlights an increased emphasis on operational discipline as a driver of growth. By aligning customer experience, service delivery and commercial performance more tightly, Everflow is accelerating its expansion while maintaining consistency and quality at scale.
