United Utilities want to appoint an environmental consultant to provide a range of services in relation to the installation of wind turbines on their operational sites.
The work, which includes the production of Environmental Impact Assessment screening and scoping reports, covers the appointment and management of specialist consultants and assessments.
The successful bidder will also be required to anage the EIA and pre-planning application process, preparation of environmental management plans, preparation and submission of planning applications, environmental statements, reports and supporting documents.
They will also be responsible for managing all public consultation and preparation of any supporting materials/documentation and.managing the post-submission planning application process.
Deadline for receipt of tenders is 20th February 2012.
