International infrastructure and business services group Mouchel has strengthened its water team with the appointment of Lee Horrocks as Business Unit Director for Water Design & Build.
He joins Mouchel from Laing O'Rourke, where he previously worked as JV Board Director and Water Projects Director for the company.
Mr. Horrocks will work to develop and secure opportunities with Mouchel's contracting partners in water and wastewater and other infrastructure sectors. He will continue his long-term appointment as a Non-Executive Director of British Water.
