Imtech Germany files for insolvency

Further to its statement earlier today, Royal Imtech N.V.has just announced that its subsidiary Imtech Germany has filed for insolvency in the German court - the filing only relates to Imtech Germany.

 In its latest update on the discussion with its financiers and the current situation, Royal Imtech said the talks have not yet led to additional financing and that Imtech Germany and Royal Imtech are “considering all options.”
