Trading in Interserve’s UK construction business remains mixed, according  an update on current trading for the first four months of the year published today by the international support services and construction group.

Leading engineering, environment and design consultancy Sweco UK is celebrating a successful 12 months since its rebrand from Grontmij in April last year.

MOSL appoints new Chief Executive

The Board of Market Operator Service Ltd (MOSL) has appointed Chris Scoggins as Chief Executive following a competitive recruitment process.

In a move which further strengthens its senior management team, Nomenca has appointed Gavin Stonard as Engineering Director to lead the company’s engineering services offering.

Affinity Water under new ownership

Infracapital and Morgan Stanley Infrastructure have today announced the sale of Affinity Water Limited to a consortium comprising Allianz Capital Partners on behalf of the Allianz Group, HICL Infrastructure Company Ltd and DIF.

Thames Water has completed work on a multi-million-pound project to construct one of the largest sewers in the Thames Valley  which has been part-funded by SSE Water.

Echo Managed Services has helped nearly a third of UK water retailers meet the sector’s new compliancy regulations in time for the launch of the Open Water market.
